@Victor S.To summarize the 10 pages of this thread, Mike has been trying to drum up clients for his Sub2 and turnkey businesses by posting various sky is falling pseduo-facts that allegedly prove the equities markets are a ticking time bomb that will soon implode upon themselves for the past six months or so.My favorite "proof" of equities impending demise so far is the fact that a small small fund in FL, who was running hundreds of individual client accounts lost all their client's capital by trading naked options.

If you are a full time investor you sell yourself like an insurance agent, probably a PITA, but that is your line of business...drumming up investors.Otherwise if you are simply a landlord/investor it is no different than any other occupation...you talk about it when someone brings it up in discussion and say what you are comfortable saying when queried.

Getting a 60-100-year-old, beat-up wood floor to look even close to new-ish takes an immense amount of work and access to some pretty serious (and heavy) 240v flooring belt or drum sanders that cost a lot to own or rent and take some skill to operate well.
