I stay away from Navajo or Antique whites - they scream 'rental' and look old and dingy to me.  

I'm going to try and get to my local REI meeting, they have a "first time visitors pass, 2 meetings@$20 each" I've just been scouring the area looking for property that looks distressed, taking down the address and coming home to research it.

That website screams scam to me, but I could be wrong.

As I just got home from a 2-mile walk with my dogs and got screamed at by a random meth addict and got to listen to a guy sitting in a tree telling the 'government' exactly what he thinks of them.

There is not a motivation to move beyond spending money as soon as it appears, that is the culture they have grown up in.I've had applicants scream at me when I've declined them because they don't meet my income criteria.  

It sends up a red flag for me that screams "unprofessional".  

Unless you wanna experience raging lunatics screaming at you because they have recieved letters and phone calls for being late on several debts they owe! 

I'm not saying that they can't kick and scream and report you to the Attorney General. 

Nothing screams "DIY" louder than a crappy paint job over lumpy drywall - take your time, do it right & get the tools you need to do the job. 

I would agree with Josh on this one that the site already has more than enough categories and shoud not be broken down any further.also, it seems like posting is decreasing lately so further segmenting will reduce the number of new recent posts in each category even further.just my $0.02I think if you were to actually look at the number of posts and visitors to the site now compared to a month agot, 6 months, a year, etc. you will see that there is more activity as of late, not less.
