Collections is a relatively simple task with modern technology.

I also tried to add my newest properties (insured thru American Modern) to my Allstate umbrella - another "no".

I've seen it done, but it's not easy, even with modern technology it makes a whole lot of difference to be able to go the property yourself if need be.

I used American Modern for my rentals.

We painted the whole house ourselves (talk about sweat equity), had a 320 foot privacy fence built in the backyard, updated both bathrooms, and swapped out mirrors, lights, and other fixtures to modernize it.

The same people don’t collect rent on time every time, screen properly, advertise vacancy effectively to reduce missed rent, respond timely to tenant request or repairs to reduce turnover, have modern management software, or the time needed to provide safe and affordable housing.That’s not you!

Space looks functional and modern, very inviting, the addition of the desk and larger bed is a great touch!
