Lowes has a line without integral backsplash (bashsplashes are nice water damage insurance in rentals but not as stylish and they also allow you to just paint the rest of the wall behind the counters).

DIY is cheapest in the short run, but most time consuming to get started and you need to know what you're doing, and you may need to integrate with your other real estate systems.Hired out is most expensive in the short run and the person you hire needs to know what they are doing and you will need to integrate with your real estate systems.Real estate investor website companies mostly have the website figured out for you, some of which also have a suite of tools integrated.Which one are you looking for?

I am not a foundation professional or a structural engineer, but from my experience and looking at the photo you shared, you currently do not have a structural issue at all, and the integrity of the foundation has not been significantly compromised.
