Let me tell you a story about the wild decision my dad made.My dad was the ultimate homeowner.

Wildly inefficient, this took me hours but it gave me the level of detail I wanted.

Many agents will preach buying properties that come with existing furniture, or other ways of minimizing "costs" unrelated to the property down payment itself ... while this may boost the agent's commissions/ allow you to buy a higher priced property, in many cases this advice is wildly misguided.Instead, the right way to think about the real estate purchase is that it is the foundation upon which you get to make even higher ROI investments into the hospitality business inside ... it's just the starting point.You wouldn't start a restaurant and seek to maximize the amount you spend on rent, skimping on decor and ingredient quality.

In addition to allowing you to pull lists (for direct mail purposes), you can also pull up parcel maps in most counties throughout the U.S.Since I buy a lot of vacant land properties, parcel maps are EXTREMELY important to me, because without a parcel map - there is usually no other indicator as to where each property is (other than wild guesses).

But you add these wild card to the array, and these companies who expect to never pay any claims, get real nervous when they lose a couple big cases. 

I enjoy the Wild West nature of this scene; I like doing the research and the drive-bys; and I enjoy the bidding--except that all too often I come away empty-handed.

I get so tired of hearing wild success stories, this was really refreshing!

Price labs is an option as is RunRevr - altho I will say that I notice that their data is wildly off about 25% of the time from when I really have out team do a DEEP dive on a revenue projection.  

I had a wild idea that I wanted to hear feedback on...since all the homes are the owner's, could I turn the ENTIRE place into an AirBnB "village"?
