It's laden with risks as many other posts have pointed out, and the casual buyer can be wiped out by a simple mistake where the professional can more likely absorb the hit.In the 20+ years I've been attending foreclosure auctions I can count on my fingers and toes the number of times I've seen a property sell to a buyer intending to occupy. 

I am keeping my fingers crossed that something is going to work out soon.

Cross my fingers, pull the trigger and start learning further through first hand experience!

I would also love to hear Scott's opinion on this (so fingers crossed that he reads this) as I am a full believer that people in general and especially millennials like myself are very under-educated in the subject of personal finance. 

The other day I posted about how several articles in trade publications were talking about the correcting coming or already being here, and they got almost no engagement at all.Now that's the surest sign of all that the bubble is about to pop - fingers in ears:  "I can't hear you!

I can't put my finger on it, but I just get such a bad taste in my mouth with these meetups.The first meet up I went to I introduced myself and said I want to invest in entire CT.

I'm sure I will need to watch the lost food and sticky fingers. 

I could not agree more with @Ryan Enk, people who do not take action are always the first to caste the stone and look to point the finger at anyone else but themselves.

I've been attending auctions and haven't won anything yet but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
