I am a structural engineer licensed in New York so I am really fascinated by some of the old architecture and the brick duplexes.  

There is a big fascination right now with thinking some other market has the magic ticket to be more successful but I'm a big fan of making it work where you live.

It's fascinating that one of the biggest energy deals made recently was with a wind farm. 

I know a guy who's been utilizing VAs for a number of years, and has it down to a science.

Is not rocket science but it is very labor intensive it also depends of how good of a job you want on it.

It’s not rocket science, even if you know nothing about property, you get 3 quotes, you get local recommendations, you check the firms out....and if they don’t turn up, or don’t do the work to standard, you don’t pay until they do !!

It is indeed a fascinating concept as they are looking to completely disrupt the traditional PM model.

The idea of developing land and creating value that way is fascinating to me and need to learn and get into this asap but tough to know where to start or who to trust in this world where there are many gurus out there that charge an arm and a leg.
