Zenplace (finding tenants)

Ryan N.
Posted

Anybody heard of or used zenplace?

They called me soliciting their business.

I am looking for qualified tenants in Charlotte, they charge flat rate of $499 to find a tenant. (also offer property managment for $99)

Maybe I just need to be patient until the weather warms up.  (Only listed for rent less than a month)

Hello @Ryan N. - NO, I've never heard of ZenPlace, but where all did you list your property for rent? You are not getting any inquires? What is the number and quality of pictures? What is your property type / size and what is the monthly rent ask? How does this compare to what sites like Zillow and Rentometer.com say your property or similar should rent for?

Charlotte should not be much different than Raleigh / Durham, and when I list a property for rent here, I start getting calls and a ton of emails within hours.
