More importantly, the wholesalers add PRE-value by deploying capital to find these deals and ADD VALUE by marketing these deals to whoever find these deals valuable to them, so I think they should be compensated. 

While we certainly have hobby's, we also have also lived very bohemia, with a roommate our first year our marriage, a fixer up "first" house, our second personal was an amazing rental but not my first choice for a personal, and one of the deployments.
