Howdy Bigger Pockets.I've been wondering around the site for a few months trying to find some answers, which I have, but figured I better post up and hopefully get a bit of varied responses to my most pressing questions.  

The responsiveness of the ResortLock isn't the greatest, you have to be deliberate when pressing the buttons and don't go too fast or it won't always register the keypress on the first try.But the setting and auto revoke of codes really is nice.

Plus he mentioned several times he takes his time on turnovers because he’s not pressed to rent them.

On this Rental Agreement the following:           "Landlord reserves the rights and Tenant agrees to permit and allow Landlord/Owner to market/show the room to              future tenants by giving Tenant notices to show the room on the following day or twenty-four (24) hours in                          advance by text/call and on some exceptions allowing Landlord to market/show Tenant’s room on the same day                of the notice given to Tenant when potential future tenants are pressed for time with or without Tenant’s consent"My question is:  will this hold up in court? 

There are a few big cap-ex and exterior projects that are the most pressing, and as a result, we are making slow but steady progress in the interior.

My first major bench mark will be to have enough coming in from rentals to cover my monthly personal expenses.  

Without getting a good look inside you'll be hard pressed to know the answer.

My guess, is that if your company is like most, you'll be hard pressed to have a career that provides you a salary that ever exceeds $100k.

When pressed, turns out the property manager supplied a range after the lease was signed because the tenant's sons' signed the lease (she's 80 years old), and she wanted a range. 

Baltimore has surely received it's share of negative press, but I think it is unfair to characterize the entire city as a bad place to invest.
