This sentiment pretty much sums up the prevailing attitude.

Very goal driven newbie investor here coming into real estate with a whatever it takes attitude to "retire" early as you did.

Many have an "entitlement" attitude that they can do as they please and break any laws they don't agree with.

(Not just numbers, but their attitudes).I know, I'm the most skeptical one of all.

With this attitude you will no doubt go far in life.

I would recommend, if you're just starting an office like Keller Williams (I have my license with them now and I had my son start there) they have excellent education, great attitude and the system is designed so you never have to leave no matter how successful you become.  

You must have a team player attitude and want to help others make money.We have systems in place for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset, who are willing to roll up their sleeves, and put in the work.

Attitudes cause people to be a danger to the public and themselves!
