Thanks Steve for reply I bought it from the bank keller williams foreclosure and i had an agent(***...) he did not even tell me i need title insurance,i just really did not now anything about real estate..... but tell me Steve if i had a lien on the property why i did not receive any letters in this 2 years??

I have read numerous books from Gallinelli to McElroy to Keller which are all great, but the live information provided on this site brings more color to those pages.I am new to REI and have set a goal for myself to purchase my first investment this year.

A few years back Helen Keller could have bought and sold for profit.

The best part of being a professional real estate investor is that no matter what you flavor is this career is fairly blind and without prejudice... heck Helen Keller could buy housing for profit.

I know a realtor with keller williams that have a team in different markets and I can share a Due diligence sheet  you can go through when you got the property send me a msg.

But I ready Kellers Millionaire Investors book and that motivated me.

I highly recommend the first one by Gary Keller.
