There are good and bad in every field out there and contracting is no different, just seems the bad contractors get more press.

It will be all the worse amongst the general public  if even one jaded article appears in the local press about my activities.

At the risk of creating an inflammatory post, I see a lot of justification in this thread but I'm hard pressed to believe it addresses your concerns.  

It doesn't seem to get much press for whatever reason like when Texas led in job growth around 2010.If anything, what I see in my area is concerns about gentrification and rising rental and housing costs and local tech companies like Snapchat taking up so much office space that they are pushing office vacancy down so low there is little room for anyone else to expand.

He may be cash-strapped and pressed for time (glad I dropped out of pre-med in the early 1970's).I would inquire as to his plans for the property.

James wood pressed charges took it to a judge and got his license revoked.  

I guess it does for our new venture, but the old one we were pressing to build a site for is something we decided to stop doing.

The OP often doesn't have a real gripe other than they don't like whom they're posting about and are simply looking to stir the hornets nest by creating negative press.

Don’t feel along in not understanding them, many statues are still being interpreted by case law and I bet you be hard pressed to find a LLC with Real Estate structure, more so a Series LLC as denoted on this thread that has been in a court of law.
