There is still room to run as it is becoming a destination town for all of Monmouth County to visit.  

Just in general, I think Crested Butte has been discovered and is going to continue to be a destination for people coming to Colorado.

Walk on the boardwalk, or drive around the city - and you’ll see (and feel) that much has to be done, before it becomes a true destination place. 

Also a huge tourist destination for crappy skiing and beautiful warm weather months... it has led to ridiculous real estate prices here, I have realized.

For those of you who also drink the two-wheel kool-aid, it's a fantastic motorcycle destination!
