Biggest issue I face is the cleaners hate doing turnovers with bunkbeds.

Cleaners could be a bit of a nightmare to depend on if it's very out of the way.

However; finding cleaners, etc. may be a lot harder. 

We spent 2 months last year in Orlando getting our rental ready so that with simply cleaners/local contact we can self manage from 6 hours away or technically anywhere.  

I'll usually tell the cleaner who is on-sight to change the code for me which they don't have issues with. 

Find a good cleaner, a good handyman, and learn to self-manage instead. 

The new finish will wear off, especially if they use a harsh chemical cleaner.

Now that I live in Atlanta...the air is cleaner and life is much different here.

ie finding cleaners, setting up messaging, getting 5 star reviews, staying booked, finding the right property…Comment what you thought has been the hardest part in the start of the process!

But I've had a cleaner of mine tell me that a few years ago break-ins were very commonplace.
