I discussed this on the break with another woman who is in the course for much the same reasons I am, to be an investor.

@Jeremiah Cotner I lived in Sheridan about 15 years ago and found as a yankee/single woman I felt rather ostracized.

Your wife sounds like a really smart woman, and you should listen to her ... investing out of state is VERY difficult to do with a LOT of opportunities to lose money, especially for the relatively new investor.

Well it is now four days later and I've heard nothing.Until today when I got email from a woman I met a couple of months ago. 

I was recently contacted by a woman who was interested in co-wholesaling a property with me.

A couple wants to rent; but the woman has income of $19k while the man is attending college full time to get Physical therapy certification so no income.

:) Hey, but how many woman can say they've even been in one??

The current owner purchased this 4 plex in 1993 and paid $85,000. 1 unit is vacant, 1 unit has an older woman living in it that is paying 1/4 the market rents, another is rented by a family that has been there for 20+ years and the 4th I don't have info on.

So although the woman who sits next to me is extremely annoying, finding boogers in the restroom is what led me to BiggerPockets. 

My idea is this: Some great woman REI, beauty and brains, too many guys here on BP :)
