I've just gotten in with another company Feb this year but this time I'm not planning on retiring from them, but rather investing & building a good size portfolio (100+) & setting up my family & giving back to the community.

Other than that, I've just been educating myself, reading books, listening to podcasts, and living below my means so I can save enough to start investing next year.Looking forward to learning from everyone on BP and also sharing my experiences as well!

I've just returned from living in England for three years and while I personally continued to invest back in the U.S., it did give me the opportunity to connect with a few others who had invested in Europe.

Up until now I've just been doing private money at a high interest only rate, rehabbing, refi'ing and then paying back the private money.  

A friend recommended it to me and I've just been reading ever since.My wife and I recently found a lake house that has a great view of the lake, bones, and location.

I've just gotten a new job selling timeshares for Hilton here in Orlando and start training on Monday.

For growth I've just started to look into other markets, but that really scares me not being nearby to keep an eye on things.

I've just made it a point to clear it with them a few days in advance so they haven't ordered materials.
