Hi all,I hired a company to replace my old plywood soffits with aluminum and they ruined the drip edge when they installed the aluminum fascia.

They did nothing about the carpet that was ruined by the leak.

Lives ruined. 

If they started cracking down the agent would have no option but to stop or lose their employment, but it would never happen because the manager would fear losing  producer to a another brokerage.the crappy part is that these agents will always find success, and just ruin it for everyone else.

But, something like a bank accelerating the loan seems to be one large variable that could spell financial ruin that seems to be out of your control.  

Some areas now look like you just entered Detroit (South 13th St for example) and it's a shame to see such beautiful and historic houses in ruins.
