There was a huge amount of ups and downs, but persistence, dedication, and tons of hard work is paying off for us!! 

I know the primary key to success with direct mail is persistence, but just out of curiosity, does anyone find there is a "better time" for it? 

Do yourself a favor an accept that now.You can do this if you're persistent, organized and determined.

Needless to say our goal remains the same and we will persist to be successful in real estate.

The saying really plays to persistence and strong will - it reminds us to think deeply about why we do what we do, AND, if that 'why' is strong enough than success is only a matter of time, as a strong enough 'why' will never allow us to give up when things get tough.This is also true when it comes to real estate investing.

Although the race has sort of begun already that would be the final race.Anyone can achieve it but its about the right road you are going to take and persistence.
