Property amenities include pool, outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, basketball court, playground, business center, car wash, clubhouse, and fitness center.

If you want to be a lot involved then I would recommend rental homes and Airbnb or other short term rentals.If you want to be involved for an intense season early on only, I recommend find me a great syndication or a crowdfunding deal.  

The difference is in the intensity of management, operations, etc required.  

However, real estate is illiquid and management intensive - the investor is being compensated for those two characteristic differences.

Next in that, they designate that STR is not only recognized as a commercial operation, but an "intensive" commercial use and goes on to state it fit's in zoning designated for "intensive commercial use". 

Even our very large properties (12 bedrooms with private indoor pools/basketball courts) have a very booked 2023 calendar. 

Branson has a lot of sporting events held in town too, including basketball, ball games and archery.
