Hi all - in need of a contractor for a client to put in a new hardwood floor in Hamilton Heights.  

With the commercial loan we were able to title the property to the LLC.In terms of out of pocket costs, Pete and I had to pay for the hardwoods to get refinished and buy a few things.

I have gone through the property it has hardwood floor on the first floor, the kitchen seems to be in much decent shape and It seems like it was upgraded not too long ago.
