Working on my first deal and got a roadblock before offer was written.The unit is an 8 plex owned by a woman with nothing owed on it. 

A neighbor, another single woman, also did this with her 3 bedroom, with longer term tenants, and later moved out to be with her SO, so now it is a group house with 3 different leases.

Housing laws permit a woman who is pregnant and gives birth to remain in the unit for 1 year after the birth of the child, check the law.
