She works for the owner.I'd probably say yes and ask what she had in mind, I'd be keeping those text messages too.I can say yes, since I don't mind paying for a bit of a celebration, or giving tickets to a game.

It's never really had much in the way of culture though.

I also feel it is important to add that all of these communities have created grassroots organizations to "manage gentrification" in order to prevent the cultural histories from being erased.
