New and Ready to Learn

Hi, guy!!! My name is Terry. I am a complete newbie in real estate investing. However, I do own my own home that I am now renting, so I guess I already got a start haha. I would love to get more involved and learn about this culture. I have no education and I've read very little on real estate basics, so I would love it if you guys could recommend a book or a class I can take in Denver to further my education.
