You may have additional protections due to the fact that you occupy one of the units, so read your landlord/tenant laws carefully, and there should be a legal aid hotline that, while usually dealing with tenants' issues with landlord, may be able to guide you.

I have tried investments, enterprises, estates, properties. etc and they are all taken.

I'm wondering if anybody knows of any financial aid available for this program or a way to use existing student aid to pay for it (maybe at a university in NYC?)

In hearing, tenant mentioned that they will be taking help of rental assistance and they starting working with legal aid and the CHN, it took quite long time.

We received aid for $2,000 of the $7,000 that they now owe us but they continued not to pay.

One of the biggest aids in our investing was our realtor's connections.  

I didn't think about the affect that it will have on the stock market as the federal aid ends, but that is a very good point.
