Tenant Abandon without paying the rent and utilities

One of my tenant, abandon the property without paying the rent and the utilities, as the amount is almost around $10,000.

What would you do in this situation..?

As we filled for the eviction and hearing too happened. In hearing, tenant mentioned that they will be taking help of rental assistance and they starting working with legal aid and the CHN, it took quite long time. At last CHN asked for few more document to complete the process as required. CHN and we too followed up with tenant to provide the required document but tenant were just dragging the things... and suddenly they left to response the calls / text, so I sent one of my contractor to visit the property, at that time we came to know that they abandon the property...

I don't know where they are now currently. How can we get on hold to those tenant...?

Do you know a best collection agencies in Cleveland, OH?
