We market to friends, charities, media (including USA Today and TV), social media, etc to find customers that aren't going to be looking for the cheapest accommodations but know, like and trust us so they stay in our properties.

What I have found is that amenities - the extras - are beneficial only if the living space of the property comfortably accommodates the number of guests the unit advertises it sleeps.

If she maintains the unit and is respectful of the premises I would go out of my way to accommodate her.
