Hi all, starting my first hotel, some of the rooms are big enough to either have 2 queen beds or a full kitchen and 1 queen bed.

I did find a few properties here in Queens, NY, that I have not seen listed anywhere but I was not able to get in contact with the owner.

I was just looking at Condos in Queens today with this exact question in mind.

For your size home these locations are typically Plaza Midwood, NoDa and Elizabeth however the values are much higher.

I was pondering buying either in Bayonne or Elizabeth NJ, what are pros and cons?

The good thing about most tenants in Bridgeport @Elizabeth Zieman is that they don't care much about how nice the units are, as long section 8 pays for it or they can afford it.

I heard a detailed podcast with Michael and Elizabeth Chang (well-known arbitrage operators and mentors) and they explained how to analyze an arbitrage deal very well.

I've been looking around Ballard, Magnolia, and Queen Anne Hill (areas I am most familiar with), and it looks like I might be able to get some deals to be cash neutral or moderately cash positive, but I'd love to hear if others are already doing this.

I have in-laws who also lived in Flatbush almost all their lives, and now that they are searching for affordable apartments, they had to go all the way to Queens.
