, is a very different story.All of that being said, I personally pay a little extra towards my VA mortgage each month just because (ironic statement to follow) I'm debt averse and like being less in debt. 

Ironically, when I was done the insurance went up and when I asked why it was because asphalt shingles are not as durable as steel shingles  🙄
