Intel is investing $20 billion to build chip manufacturing plants in Licking County, which is projected to create 30,000 new jobs.

I think it just hasn't been lived in because there is so much overgrowth of plants.  

(I'm texturing a ceiling later today - guess which camp I'm in?)

Now when I was doing business in Atlanta I understand you don't have the same access to title plants and things are MUCH MUCH slower in that regards in your market..

Kitimat is located in Northern BC as is home of a new Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) plant which will be operational in 2025.

I envision there's something out there that keeps tabs on big companies movement (ie Tesla, Toyota, or Amazon building a manufacturing plant in "x" city) and then aggregating that information to project how that will effect the amount of jobs in a particular market.

Finally I don't mean to hurt your feelings, but your statement about them not performing the work or being out of business strikes me as either incredibly naive or that you are a plant. 

Need lower foundation plants and foliage that doesn't brush up against the house. :-)
