marktISO resources to "predict" future job growth

Hello all,

Anyone know of any good websites that can "predict" future job growth? Job growth IMO is one of the most important metrics when I'm analyzing a new market to invest in.  I envision there's something out there that keeps tabs on big companies movement (ie Tesla, Toyota, or Amazon building a manufacturing plant in "x" city) and then aggregating that information to project how that will effect the amount of jobs in a particular market. Offering this information nationwide could give a great forecast of where population will migrate and in turn help us know where to buy.

And before someone gets on me for this, I'm well aware there's no such thing as a crystal ball or 100% accurate way to predict future job growth or we would all know exactly where to buy and be filthy rich.
