Would I have to purchase as my Primary Residence and then resell to my company when I am ready to move and make the transformation?

It also may spark some tenants to go to the extreme and end up damaging things on the way out because they feel like they were miss treated.So... be kind and treat people like people, we all go through tough times.

I can see how using open ended questions could potentially spark more conversation which will only help.

I think you would find an end buyer for a $25k-$200k wholesale deal much faster (More people have access to this type of cash) then a $21M 96 unit apt Complex.Just some questions to spark a thought process.

Do you consistently ask the tenants if there are any issues they need you to handle, to which they always reply 'no', but receive a registered letter complaining that the water has been leaking under the cabinet for months and the light fixture sparks at night?
