We have pressed rents a little higher in the areas with the selling point that we are providing a better renovated property and better experience for the resident.

My ultimate advice D'Andre, you have to keep pressing her and make it work, and then keep scaling from there.

I know the government needs to feel like they're doing something to protect people, but there are certainly more pressing matters.

With some of the buttons being so small it would be good to zoom in as to not press the wrong one.  

The next day or so he was pressing to know if I wanted to join and the said he needed to determine if I qualified as a good fit for his Elite Coaching,...not a time and talent waste. 

Just to put it into perspective, if this proper was located in any real desirable neighborhood in the city, you would be hard pressed to find a 4 unit in any condition for less than $100,000...Englewood and the surrounding neighborhoods are high crime areas, but that doesn't mean it can't make you money if you plan for it accordingly and have a dedicated manager familiar with the area.
