The better we are at maintaining Quick, Clear, Complete, Transparent Communication between ourselves and the Tenant and ourselves and the Property Owner the better the experience for all parties...this usually improves over time, but not always.Today I'm very grateful that I chose to manage my first property myself and I encourage any new Investor to follow that exact same path if they can.
