I think of some more rural areas where anyone can put up a pole shed in their backyard.

Lets say a park build out looks like:- $20k per pad for septic, water and possibly electric poles and lines.  

Not only will you be burning a cheaper fuel, you will be consuming less of it, so the utility costs will go down ... this is good for the remaining time you are living in half and will make your rental more attractive when the tenants are paying their own way.

Being denied fueled my ambition and I suddenly felt myself hungry for more knowledge.

They drive jacked up 4x4s and smell like diesel fuel.

Found it through a realtor here in North Pole.

Each trailer there is metered for separate water and each one has it's own power pole.
