Its sad that alot of farmers, especially when 3 or 4 ran an entire township years back and had weight carried with their names, get pushed down to wanting to rent land more than own it.

Both state laws are heavily weighted against you in favor of the tenant.

A lot of times, these types of lifestyle choices will start limiting you down very quickly to specific areas, and since you are going to be living in the property, are likely to have a heavy weight on the neighborhoods.  

You could also include a yoga mat, free weights, and other small gym items in the closet and let the guests figure out where they'll do yoga.

That holds much less weight than a registered trademark.

On a two story house you should have a chase that goes from the basement or first floor into the attic which make pulling wires up a snap . . . of find an interior wall and pull it that way with a snake or a string / weight.
