@Chris Allen,The scenario you describe could make a Hallmark movie:  young married military couple living happily in TX, husband gets deployed to a far-off land.

He was running his business while deployed in the military overseas - so not even local or hands on. 

I told the guy I've hired one of the best Google Adwords specialists on this side of heaven and will be deploying a substantial sum of cash to generate leads starting next week and would like help with my "non traditional retail / wholesale deals." 

Either that or Army.Air Force JTAC, so I lived, trained, and deployed with the Army for the vast majority of my career.

Me and my battle buddies were coming home and preparing to separate from active duty after our final deployment.

We got engaged in the fall of 2013, I deployed and the Air Force announced huge cuts while I was down range.

I see investors with cash ready to be deployed and so much private money out there, people using hard money are having a heck of a time being competitive unless the are direct to seller.
