Is there a book I can reference when training a property locator.

I'm biased (own a Tk company) but I think you should  start  with a couple of TurnKey Properties.. while David's book is full of great information...sourcing, rehabbing, renting and managing properties from a distance is an extremely risky venture.

The most popular book for mobile home investing is Deals on Wheels by Lonnie Scruggs; however, I think the book is pretty hard to find nowadays...

If you are serious you would lock yourself at home until you finish the book. I

. - a good book I read on this is called Tax-Free Wealth and the author talks about all the pros/cons (he mostly focuses on pros).

However, I feel AJ's book is a little light on specifics, jumbled, and really a marketing tool to entice you to invest in his coaching.Stacy Rossetti is someone I recently stumbled across and she seems very credible: https://www.youtube.com/channe...She has a lot of free videos to whet your appetite, then she offers coaching, analysis tools, and can even help you locate your first facility.
