Ron, that's quite a sales pitch on SF, on the surface, might touch it up a bit that the stuff won't fly in OO, and appraisals may be required.Big difference in pulling in 150K annually or the million in an example and a seller getting 40K or $350 a month, you won't be flying to Paris on $350 for the weekend.Ahhh, but I do love seller financing!
