Any suggestions on where to go for financing in Omaha,Ne and why you picked that particular Lender? 

I've been researching states to find which need licenseto broker loans this  is what I found.Arizona California Illinois Loan Broker North Dakota Nebraska Loan Broker Nevada (Company and LO) South Dakota (Company and LO) These states show that a license may be required, but the states don’t know how to obtain it from them: District of Columbia North Carolina

As the title says, looking for anyone with info on houses for sale in NE to central Ohio - Wooster, Massillon, Columbus, Dover, New Philadelphia, Millersburg, to name a few.
