Hello,
My name is Beth and I live in NE Pennsylvania near the tri-state of NY & NJ.  I have always had an appreciation for property hunting and exploring old buildings since I was a child.  I'm currently enrolled in the PA Real Estate sales persons class, and look forward to becoming a licensed agent.   My husband is a experienced carpenter and we hope to get involved in some investment properties in the near future.  I found BiggerPockets last week while looking up information about private lending... haven't stopped reading since.
