Sometimes u got to let a small fish go to attract a bigger fish to catch. 

Currently, I am a fishing guide in Alaska and have been working up there for the past 12 years.  

We both enjoy the outdoors - hiking, fishing, trail running, road biking, trying new restaurants and travel 6 to 8 times a year.

By that, I mean you have a solid property management company lined up, have an accountant, and have a good understanding of the subject market(s) that you are shopping in.Nothing wrong with 4-units, but there is something to be said about the economics of scale that buying more units gives you.As to if commercial loans are hard; I don't think so, but they ARE more involved, but I don't think that makes them harder so long as you are fishing in the right pond with regards to your capabilities.

Imagine 100 people all fishing the same beach.

That's like fishing in the ocean for mackerel. 

I enjoy spending time with my family, fishing, and seeking self improvement.

@Samuel Bavido How's Stevens Point...we always stay at the Pioneer Motor Inn when we go that way...seems like everyone stops there as a last stop before hunting/fishing up by you....Anyway, the best approach is to have a solid plan and stick to it...the beauty about real estate is that it's all relative.

For example, are you good with numbers, hands-on, history, fishing, networking, working with people, excellent credit, vacation planning, etc.? 

I can’t imagine mobile homes would be desirable for airbn’ers, unless it was some deep woods hunting/fishing thing.
