Hey Joe - you can't really post "the same" ad everyday without your ad getting "ghostted" or doing things that are against their TOS - best to create a new ad everyday and post that.Also - if you use the same contact info - email / phone / website etc....those will eventually get "soft blocked" as well meaning you can't use them for a period of time.Doing heavy CL posting is an art form :)A "ghosted" ad is an ad that appears to you when you click the link in your email or your account but will not be seen by anyone when they go look for your ad naturally.

In reading "The Art of the Deal" by Donald Trump, all his early apartment and hotel deals, he just shook hands, went under contract, and the bank loaned him what was needed, plus construction costs.

Another option is if you're already doing other flips or are definitely planning on doing more, you could take some time and shop for some deals on buying your own furniture and accessories (remember, great staging is much more than just plopping a rug and a couple couches in the living room-its really setting a mood with little knick knacks, accessories, art, etc) but often on craigslist you can find barely used decent furniture for some good or even great deals.

Since my professional career is in contracting I have a good grasp on how most contractors generally estimate and it is an art and each trade is different.Also if you are in it for the long haul there are some good estimating software options out there that are reasonable ($200) if you have the time they are a great learning tool.
