I live in Cincinnati, OH and wanted to know if anyone here knows of a good, trustworthy real estate agent that specializes in investment properties in the Cincinnati area.  

I have bought dozens of rentals over the past 5 years and I find that people want the buyer to be honest and trustworthy.

Trustworthy guy, he has been to my house multiple times to help me work there. 

He will be a trustworthy manager and person to talk about with regards to rent and sales comps in addition to Account Closed.  

Do not move forward with that builder, he's proven he's unreliable and not trustworthy. 

Is turnkey property a good idea, and if so, how do you find a trustworthy company?

This is a total newby question.When a BP (or other respected, experienced) investor is kind enough to introduce you to a flipper/wholesaler/seller that they vouch for as trustworthy, is there an etiquette for price negotiation with that seller vs dealing with a stranger through an agent?

I'm looking for a successful and trustworthy property manager.  

Make sure you build a trustworthy and solid team around you.

One tenant will be the most trustworthy and you could leave a message on your recorder to call that tenant to take care of problems.
