I have been trying to schedule a recap meeting, and give the team a chance to explain and hopefully make things right, but it’s like pulling teeth trying to schedule any appointments with James(sales rep) and Michael.We had requested to speak with Michael numerous times, or have him review our program, to hopefully provide a bit of reassurance- as we did drop ~$20,000 hard-earned dollars into the program, but we are still waiting-not holding our breath.To boot, we have numerous charges that hit our account post-contract.
