A property manager I recently hired asked me to sign a form giving his firm permission to credit my account for rent deposits, as well as permission to make withdrawals as needed.

If it means you need permission to have access to see the mortgage then the owner who is moving out can sign a consent for that. 

You can't remove him from the lease without his permission.

At least we can ask permission and avoid a bigger issue.

Account Closed My company did installs for the major satellite providers for years, we ALWAYS required LOP ( letter of permission ) from landlords before doing any installation, no LOP, no install.All landlords should have this in their lease or even month to month contract stating tenants MUST request a LOP from them before installation.

The couple places I looked had a process for getting permission from the inspector but that's a pain <Grin>.
