Imagine a group of potential clients and the funnel has certain qualifying rings the smaller it gets and the further it goes down.At the bottom is client from an initial contact or inquiry.

So, your comments about KW being for experienced agents just doesn't ring true. 

Similar to some other 'assets' which legally belong on the personal balance sheet yet will never be traded in (engagement ring comes to mind).

I then set followup sequences inside of my CRM which notifies me when it's time to give a cold lead a ring again.I've seen my response rate go from a 1-2% to around a 4-7% increase when i added cold calling.The beautiful thing is this entire process is now outsourced and it makes my business more profitable and gives me more time during the day.

Remember to have an attractive listing with great pictures and as long as you price it right, your phone should ringing be off the hook.
