I did find some of the earlier posts a bit demeaning and negative to newbie....We all have to start somewhere, so rather than criticize newbies maybe a better approach would be to provide some guidance and or advice ....There is enough for everyone in this world....At least we ( Newbies) have aspiration and a goal in wanting to better our lives as oppose to doing squat...so please encourage and motivate us so we can do the same...

Cons:-Every late night guru tells all their aspiring real estate investor/wholesaler wannabes to market to these owners, so they are constantly bombarded with marketing-If you arent doing a search to find out if they own multiple properties you could be mailing to another investor—there are several investors here on BP that have talked about the hundreds of postcards, letters and phone calls they get on properties they would never sell at a discount-If the owner doesnt have someone locally who can give you access, getting in to see these properties can be difficult.
