Look at the hotel business, have you ever in you life stayed in a hotel of any price range that did'nt have one, it is expected, just like coffee makers (I don't drink coffee, but would definitely notice if the unit didn't have one! 

It is full of drinks and snacks.

I will say that many people drink alcohol without the intent of getting drunk while weed is only used for its affects.

Its probably not legal to be drinking on the public property, but I don't recall ever being hassled or hearing of anyone else being hassled.

I will gladly pay $80 to spend 4 hrs with my wife and son, or drink beer or take a nap.

I found out the hard way that is typical in the area to go renting as a single mother and a week later the boyfriend moves in, or the alcoholic mother,or the date all men in the neighborhood sister...and it could go on and on.Will update after my talk with PD.Again thanks to all who helped

If I don't pick up try again immediately 2-3 more times then call the police.3) If I'm meeting someone at the house alone then I show up and let them know that my partner will likely join us in a few minutes but he's running late.4) Once inside, I don't drink or eat anything offered to me.
