Have the tenant sign either the Spanish or English section, depending on their language comfort level.Also, I recommend you either use a property management company that speaks Spanish or hire a bilingual virtual assistant to accommodate your Spanish-speaking tenants.Good luck!

They were late last month but paid first thing the next morning, late fee included, so it's working out.Cozy.co is amazing and in general that's what I use but for special circumstances like this property I don't see paying in cash as a huge deal, provided there's a system set up so you don't have to do a bunch of extra work to accommodate it.
