They have a right to be there, but you do not need to bend over backward to accommodate their schedule.  

I always try to accommodate a tenant who tells me openly they are not able to make upcoming rent as it is better than having to file eviction.  

Plus most of the restaurants clear out after work, so they could accommodate a gathering -- or do something at the WAC or Columbia Tower Club.   

Now I have a family with no washer/dryer who have paid extra for the convenience and no other option at this time for a reasonable accommodation.
